With over 13 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in the construction industry, Mitch Dean brings a rare 360-degree perspective to cost management. While he has spent the last decade specializing as a Quantity Surveyor in the building industry, his foundation was built in the driver’s seat of earthmoving machinery and on-site during complex builds.

Mitch’s diverse portfolio spans the full spectrum of the industry: from managing high-end architectural masterpieces and light commercial projects to the fast-paced, high-efficiency world of volume building. This unique blend of site-based grit and financial precision allows him to bridge the gap between architectural vision and commercial reality. Whether he’s navigating a complex tender or optimizing a large-scale residential rollout, Mitch is driven by a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and delivering value at every stage of the build.

An accomplished Senior Manager with a proven track record in leading residential, commercial, and government projects, with a specialism in innovative construction methodologies and offsite manufacturing. Expertise includes end-to-end Project Management, client relations from concept to handover, and managing large teams to achieve project goals.

My ultimate career goal is to lead the Company Operations, where I can shape the strategic and operational direction of projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value. With over two decades of hands-on experience in project delivery—ranging from modular and prefabricated housing to large-scale commercial developments. I have developed a strong operational mindset and a deep understanding of the full construction lifecycle. My leadership style is rooted in systems thinking, Lean principles like Takt Planning, and modern methods of construction methodologies, which enable me to streamline delivery and optimise resources across multiple teams and disciplines. I am passionate about industrialized construction and how technology can transform the way we build. My background in both project execution and R&D uniquely positions me to lead operational excellence at an executive level. Every step in my career is a deliberate move toward this vision. I am committed to continuous improvement, strategic leadership, and creating sustainable growth through smart construction practices.
